Tasting Room Policies:

Tables are first come, first serve. No outside food or beverages are permitted. There is no smoking or vaping inside. We are dog-friendly but we ask that they remain on leash. We are family-friendly but it is an industrial space and there are safety concerns, we ask that your children do not run in the cidery and remain with you or at your table at all times. Those under 18 are not permitted without adult supervision.

Blueberry Peach Cobbler

6.4% ABV

This cider is crafted with a blend of New York apples from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY and co-fermented with blueberries from Lagoner Farms in Williamson, NY and peaches from Samascott Orchards, then aged with cinnamon. The result is a tart cider with notes of stone fruit and cinnamon.

Apple Pie-Secco

6.5% ABV

Crafted from 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards. This cider is aged with vanilla and cinnamon to create that comforting fall flavor.

Crystal Crop

6.4% ABV

This cider is made with 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards and infused with Crystal Hops from Indian Ladder Farm. The Crystal Hops give the cider subtle notes of citrus and grass.

Dry Perry

6.2% ABV

A dry cider crafted from a blend of pear from Samascott Orchards.

Cider Monster ’23

6.6% ABV

Cider Monster 2023 was created with over 100 varieties of New York apples. Bone dry, complex, and tart, it is aged for one year in the monster’s lair.

Crimson Gold

6.3% ABV

Crimson Gold is crafted from Crimson Gold crabapples and co-fermented with sour cherry skins. It is delightfully tart and full-bodied with delicate stone fruit notes.

Pink Lemonade

6.2% ABV

When life gives you New York apples, make Pink Lemonade! Infused with lemons and Citra hops then blended with juice from Samascott Orchard’s Red Ace Beet crop to create that signature pink color.

Punch

6.3% ABV

Punch is crafted from a delicious blend of five New York fruits: apples from Samascott Orchards, grapes from Walker’s Vineyard, cranberries from Deer River Cranberries, and cherries and peaches from Bittner-Singer Orchards. The cider is infused with passionfruit for a tropical touch.
