Tasting Room Policies:

Tables are first come, first serve. No outside food or beverages are permitted. There is no smoking or vaping inside. We are dog-friendly but we ask that they remain on leash. We are family-friendly but it is an industrial space and there are safety concerns, we ask that your children do not run in the cidery and remain with you or at your table at all times. Those under 18 are not permitted without adult supervision.

Imperial

Crafted with a blend of high-sugar content apples: Gold Rush, Golden Delicious, Franklin, Harrison, and Golden Russet from Five Branches in Williamson NY. These unique apple varieties naturally create a higher alcohol content, perfect for a bold Imperial cider.

Apple Pie-Secco

6.5% ABV

Crafted from 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards. This cider is aged with vanilla and cinnamon to create that comforting fall flavor.

Cherry

5.7% ABV

Cherry cider is crafted with a blend of New York apples from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY and co-fermented with sour Montmorency cherries from Bittner-Singer Orchards in Appleton, NY. The result is a cider perfectly balanced between sweet and tart.

Pumpkin

6.7% ABV

Nine Pin’s Pumpkin cider is crafted with 100% New York apples and co-fermented with sugar pumpkins from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY. This cider is warm and earthly with subtle note of pumpkin pie spice.

Blueberry Peach Cobbler

6.1% ABV

This one brings together Samascott apples and peaches from Kinderhook with blueberries from Lagoner Farms in Williamson. With a soft, bready richness from sur lie and a warm cinnamon finish, it drinks like cobbler in a glass.

WARP

6.4% ABV

Crafted entirely from foraged wild apples of the Rensselaer Plateau, W.A.R.P. is bone-dry with bright acidity, crisp minerality, and a complexity only nature can create. Sharp, refreshing, and unapologetically New York.
