Dressel Drop

This cider was co-fermented with a blend of Chisel Jersey and Northern Spy apples sourced from Dressel Farms. Chisel Jersey is an English bittersweet cider apple originating from Somerset with rich tannins and high sugar content. The Northern Spy is a cider apple originating from East Bloomfield, New York noted for its crisp, acidic characteristics. The Dressel Drop is a fantastic result of blending these two excellent apple varieties. This cider is dry, with a strong bittersweet aroma and tannic finish.

This cider was dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Crytal hops sourced from our friends at Indian Ladder Farms. The combination of these three hop varieties produces an off dry, round and fruity hop profile with a floral and herbaceous finish.

A pithy explosion of aroma and flavor, beyond hazy, and loaded with Mosaic and Citra to the point of stickiness.

Bliss DIPA

Thin Man Brewery - 8%

Hazy, light gold body with a fluffy white head. Nose is dank pine, ripe citrus, mango, and melon.

Classic, creamy and herbaceous. Clean malt and refined noble hop character come together in the best way. Repeatable.
