Part of the 2026 Wild Cider Cup, the wild apples in Fruitier of the Foothills were harvested from orchards and protected landscapes cared for by Saratoga PLAN. Apples from Sugar Hill, Riverview Orchards, Smith Orchard, and Hunt Lake each add their own personality to the cider, creating a blend that feels rooted in the foothills it came from. Honey, baked apple, dried apricot, and citrus notes come together in a cider that drinks bright, semi-sweet, and lively. Voted the top cider of this year’s Wild Cider Cup blind tasting competition.
