 Falls. With delicious menus prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chef Matt Bolton a
 nd executed by Culinary Arts students\, the Collaborative Cuisine events a
 re elevated with informal informational talking points from Chef Bolton an
 d Nine Pin. Ticket includes four course dinner with a different Nine Pin h
 ard cider pairing for each course. This event is 21+. Doors open at 5:30 p
 .m. Please be seated by 5:45 p.m. Program will begin promptly at 6 p.m. Ti
