New York has more apple varieties than any other state in the nation and growing hops is also its deep-rooted agricultural tradition. Nine Pin's NY Dry Hopped cider celebrates the perfect, if unexpected, marriage of these two traditional New York crops. We craft this cider by introducing bright citrusy locally sourced NY hops to a carefully selected dry fermented blend of NY apples. It is the first in Nine Pin's specialty can series showcasing the unique depth and breadth of New York agriculture. Seasonally Available.

Cidre Rosé blends the modern world of New York craft cider with old world methods of rosé wine making. This cider is made from a unique combination of Samascott Orchard apples, co-fermented with the skins of New York grown grape varietals: Concord, Traminette, Chancellor, and Noiret from Capoccia Vineyards in Schenectady, NY. The resulting fusion of these local ingredients gives this cider a full bodied flavor profile with complex grape aromas. Seasonally Available

Cider Monster 2016 was crafted with 130 varieties of apples pressed at last year's Pressing Party. Coming in with an ABV of 6.66%, this bone dry cider is bright and complex, with notes of over-ripe apples, oak and a vinous aroma of green grapes and apple skins.

This off-dry cider was crafted from an extraordinary 2016 harvest when the unusually dry summer resulted in extra juicy and flavorful Honeycrisp apples.
