Cider Monster 2016 was crafted with 130 varieties of apples pressed at last year's Pressing Party. Coming in with an ABV of 6.66%, this bone dry cider is bright and complex, with notes of over-ripe apples,

oak and a vinous aroma of green grapes and apple skins.

CIDRE ROSÉ

Cidre Rosé blends the modern world of New York craft cider with old world methods of rosé wine making. This cider is made from a unique combination of Samascott Orchards apples, co-fermented with the skins of New York grown grape varietals. Our Cidre Rosé is full bodied with complex grape aromas.

RASPBERRY

5.7%ABV | 750ml

A co-fermented cider crafted from a blend of early apple varieties and late season raspberries. The result is a classic New York hard cider with unmistakable red raspberry notes and an impressive scarlet color. The flavor is deliciously tart and characteristically balanced.
